The Thinking Run

A monthly guided run for runners who want better judgement, not just more miles.

Action-shot-of-a-runner-on-a-misty-forest-trail-at-sunrise-symbolizing-clarity-and-focus..

Who is it for

  • Runners with experience

  • Club runners

  • Curious, reflective runners

  • People who feel stuck between plans and intuition

This session would not suit beginners and the whole idea is that we focus on how we move rather than pusg the limits.

What happens on
the run

Session length: 90 minutes (not all running)

Small group (Max 18)

Guided attention to effort, rhythm and running decisions

A take away that you can implement into all of your runs

Why this is different

Most Sunday runs get the miles done. This one improves how you decide how to run. Not just on Sunday but for all of your runs. Easy, Hills and Race days.

It doesn't focus on fitness or pace.

It isn't a lecture

Practical Details

First session is on the 10th of May 9:30am

Then:

7th June, 5th July, 2nd August, 13th September and 4th October at 9:30am

Ashton Court, Bristol, BS41 9JH

Meet at the cafe courtyard

£25 per person

It's likely that some runners will come once.

It's equally likely the some will come back occasionally.

Some might even decide they want this way of working to shape their training more regularly and that is where ongoing coaching fits.
