I bring over 25 years of professional experience to my coaching, grounded in a career as an NMC‑registered nurse and expanded through specialist training in both coaching and running performance. I’m a member of the Association for Coaching, committed to ethical, evidence‑based practice, and an England Athletics–accredited Coach in Run Fitness. This blend of clinical expertise, coaching psychology, and technical running knowledge means every programme is designed with your wellbeing, performance, and long‑term development at its core.
