Yes. “Coaching on the run” is available in Bristol — ideal for people who think best while moving.

What if life gets in the way?

Plans flex around work, family, and energy levels. You’ll always have a clear way to re‑enter without guilt or pressure. It is important that the plan fits you, not you fit the plan.

Lactate Threshold Testing 

What is an LT test?

A supervised running assessment that measures how your body responds to increasing intensity. It identifies your training zones so you can train smarter and avoid burnout.

Why is it useful?

  • Accurate pacing for easy, steady, tempo, and interval runs

  • Reduced risk of overtraining

  • Clear markers to track progress

  • More efficient use of training time

How long does it take?

Around 45–60 minutes including warm‑up, the test, and a debrief.
