Cancellation Policy

The Leadership Accelerator is a structured 8 week development programme designed to help leaders build clarity, confidence, and sustainable performance. To keep the experience fair, safe, and supportive for everyone, please read the booking policy below. You can cancel your place up to 7 days before the programme start date for a full refund or transfer to a future cohort. Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date cannot be refunded, as group numbers and preparation are already set. If the programme is being funded by your organisation, please ensure internal approval is confirmed before booking. Attendance & Participation The Accelerator works best when participants attend consistently. If you miss a session, you’ll receive the session materials, but refunds or partial refunds cannot be offered for missed sessions. You’re encouraged to take part in discussions, exercises, and reflection prompts at a level that feels safe and appropriate for you. Confidentiality All discussions within the group are treated as confidential. Participants are expected to respect each other’s privacy and maintain a psychologically safe environment. By booking, you confirm that you are able to take part in a reflective, discussion‑based leadership programme. If you have any concerns about participation, please speak with a healthcare or wellbeing professional before joining. Sessions are delivered live online. You’ll receive joining instructions and materials ahead of the first session. If a session needs to be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, you’ll be notified as early as possible and offered an alternative date. The Accelerator is built on curiosity, non‑judgement, and psychological safety. All participants are expected to contribute to a respectful, inclusive atmosphere.
