Session length: 75 minutes (not all running)
Small group (Max 18)
Guided attention to effort, rhythm and running decisions
A take away that you can implement into all of your runs
Why this is different
Most Sunday runs get the miles done. This one improves how you decide how to run. Not just on Sunday but for all of your runs. Easy, Hills and Race days.
It doesn't focus on fitness or pace but will focus your attention
