What this website collects

This is a static website. It has no user accounts, no database and no tracking-based advertising. The enquiry form on the booking page works by opening a pre-filled email in your own email app — nothing you type is stored on or transmitted by this website itself.

When you contact Martin

If you email, call or message Martin, the details you share (such as your name, email address, phone number and anything you tell him about your situation) are used only to respond to you and to provide coaching services. Your information is never sold or shared for marketing purposes.

Coaching confidentiality

Coaching conversations are treated as confidential, within the usual professional and legal limits. If you have questions about how your information is handled during coaching, just ask Martin directly.

Third-party services

This site serves the Poppins font directly from its own website files and links out to third-party platforms such as Apple Podcasts, Instagram, Facebook and booking/ticketing providers. Those services have their own privacy policies which apply when you use them.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask what personal information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. To do any of those, contact martin@longruncoaching.com.
